Brief introduction

Igor V. Minin received a BA degree in physics from Novosibirsk State University, a PhD in physics from Leningrad Electro-Technical University in 1986, and a doctor of science from NSTU in 2002. He is a core-member of Russian Academy of Metrology. His research interests are in the areas of diffractive optics, millimeter-wave and THz photonics, including plasmonics, acoustics at the mesoscale.

He has authored five textbooks, three book chapters, more than 100 Russian patents and more than 290 journal papers.
