Brief introduction

Prof. Xu engaged in the scientific research of electronic and optoelectronic materials and devices, mainly including "semiconductor materials and devices", "electromagnetic metamaterials", "infrared and terahertz spectroscopy" and "nonlinear optical materials and devices". And more than 90 related academic papers published by me have been included in dozens of internationally renowned academic journals (such as "Journal of the American Chemical Society", "Advanced Functional Materials", "ACS Photonics") and domestic first-class journals.
